iPhone Unlock Solutions Announces New Unlock iPhone 3G 3.1.2 and Unlock iPhone 3GS 3.1.2 Software Capability

PLEASE READ: Download redsn0w 0.9 Beta 3: wikee.iphwn.org To access your iTunes IPSW on Windows, open up Run and enter the command %AppData% Open up Roaming/Apple Computer/iTunes/iPod Software Updates (the folder will be iPhone Software Updates if you are using an iPhone). Be sure to copy (not move) the file to a safe place, as your IPSW is a very handy thing to have when jailbreaking. If you are having problems finding the IPSW, alternatively you can download your respective firmware from this website: www.felixbruns.de If you are using an iPod touch, to check to see whether you have an original 2nd generation or a newer one, open up the Settings application. Click General and then About. Look at the Model Number. If it begins with MB then redsn0w will work without a problem, but if it starts with MC then redsn0w will run a tethered jailbreak. You MUST tell redsn0w when it asks if the Model Number starts with MC when the prompt appears. If you answer wrongly it could cause you to restore your device and do it again. A tethered jailbreak works the same, except that when your iPod shuts off you will need to plug it into your computer and run redsn0w for it to start. If you are using a 3rd generation iPod touch (the new models with 32GB and 64GB capacities) then redsn0w won’t work at all at the moment. try at your own risk as i did,you will have to do a stock restore and remove cable. i have cut the video length as it was 16 mins long but only the boring stuff. 3gs user on windows xp was os3.1.2 jailbroke with blackra1n. This actually does work, i tried it restoring 3.1.2 stock ipsw before trying 3.1.3 as i have my shsh with cydia so if i made a mistake pulling the cable out i could just keep restoring the 3.1.2 software, i ran ireb and my phone was fine, i’m on O2 so you do need to be on an official sim so itunes can activate, restored to 3.1.3 and pulled cable out at same point,done the same steps and guess what it worked,ran spirit but dont need unlock as im contracted anyway but can still unlock if i want as i still have 05.11.07 baseband….believe me i have tried about 20 to 30 times with snowbreeze and kept getting 1600 error when restoring custom 3.1.3 ipsw…..100% works these are the exact steps… restore iphone,no need to hit shift as this is the stock 3.1.3 update itunes reads…. “Extracting software” “Verifying with Apple” “Preparing Restore” may take a minute or 2 “Waiting for iphone” “Restoring iphone software” apple logo with empty white bar appears on phone the bar will be just over halfway complete when you get “Verifying with apple” then pull cable out as soon as it says “updating iphone software” and itunes gives error 9 so just close itunes run ireb 3.1.2 3gs loop fix then activate with itunes then rejailbreak with spirit. worked for me 100% again …
