fridaygiveaway.com Here’s the Friday Giveaway for May 1, 2009. I wanted to apologize for not doing a giveaway video last week … but hey … I was on vacation …
So, I wanted to make it up in this video, and giveaway 6 giftcards instead of just 3. Also, keep an eye out for my FIRST iPhone application. I just submitted it to Apple 2 days ago, and hopefully it will go live soon. Check this page for more details TweetGlobe.com Enjoy the Friday Giveaway, and have a wonderful weekend! -Ryan
So I was contacted a few weeks back by the creators of Co-Pilot and they gave me access (thank you) to their iPhone application (which has also recently been updated). My verdict on it is that its actually pretty amazing – I still find it hard to believe that they are charging such a cheap price for such a quality product – superior to the TomTom in my honest opinion. Hope you like the video
UPDATE: Co-Pilot got in touch with me after watching this review and they tell me significant advances in the UI are on their way, an update is in progress and should be available soon. In this video, I basically show you around and tell you why I think its better than the TomTom. You can join me on Twitter: www.twitter.com Feel free to visit my OTHER youtube channel: www.youtube.com Feel free to comment, rate and please do subscribe. Cheers

In this video, I answer a question from @cpukid twitter.com who asks “What are you expecting for WWDC 2009, and what do you hope for?” Thanks for the question cpukid. I expect Apple to cater to Mac OS X software developers obviously, but I think there will be a huge demonstration of Snow Leopard’s improvements. I also expect to see a unveil of a new iPhone model and with that, the corresponding SDK improvements relating to the new model. That’s about it. I tend to aim low with expectations. Things that I wish for? I want iPhone video capability. I’m hoping this new hardware model will feature video recording and upload capability. Also, I want this iPhone to do live video streaming so companies like Qik and Ustream.TV can have official apps. I also hope for the rumored “Macbook Mini” which could be some sort of tablet/netbook/giant iPhone thingy that everyone is speculating about.
