there is nothing about variety, its just about making it damn fun, this game went the bad way like double dragon, river city ransom on gba by just getting RPGish

I’ve done it now. I gave the batteries about 5 blows and assumed that Homer wasn’t effective against them. I was using burns attacks which made it near impossible.

I hate that you can only play as Homer.
That really sucks. The controls seem very repetitive. And the action doesn’t seem to offer any variety like the original arcade version.
I think I’ll pass.

is this the full game? I see you can only play as Homer. That to me is a big let down. This game means a lot to me as I’ve beaten it at the arcades multiple times. I want it to the fullest for my 4.99.

I know MAME is legal but the ROM isn’t, and I don’t have the cash on hand for buying the board.
I really don’t see the big deal of not porting it. EA could get some money and Konami can get some as well. It’s win,win.

Mame is legal. The ROMs are not if you don’t own the system board. I have 21 JAMMA boards from Capcom and Taito stored away but no cabinets. I’ve been trying to find a cabinet maker that can design something so I can place all the boards into one housing. You should shop around for the Konami board. So long as you got that, you can own the ROM.
